4) R391598 - €299,000 - El Embrujo Playa - This is the cheapest apartment we have ever seen in El Embrujo and is also in the best spot within the development. El Embrujo is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and even less to the nearest supermarket and restaurants.
5) R203034 - €570,000 - El Embrujo Playa. Another fantastic deal in El Embrujo but this is a 3 bedroom duplex penthouse, south facing with 2 underground parking spaces and a storage room. A fantastic deal and the cheapest south facing penthouse you will find in the area.
