TOP 7 DEALS FROM 1Casa

        Central Puerto Banus - Muelle de Ribera €225,000 (R202517) - This 4th floor apartment is fantastic value for money and is located right in Puerto Banus in the Marina.  There is no need for a car as you have every amenity within a minutes walk.  The Marina and beaches are located in front and to either side of the urbanisation.  It is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a build size of 94m2, along with a  small terrace.  There are even some mountain views from the property!  Located less than 30 seconds walk from Puerto Banus marina and the beach.  The property comes furnished and needs very little updating, although any decoration or internal work would certainly add to the value.
